Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Clienzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

Clienzo is an email marketing and review management platform. You may use Clienzo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited email (spam), harass customers, violate CAN-SPAM or GDPR requirements, or violate any platform's review policies (including Google, Facebook, and Yelp).

3. Platform policies & email compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Clienzo complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies. For email campaigns: you must have valid consent from recipients, honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations. For review management: do not use Clienzo to incentivize, purchase, or otherwise manipulate reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, or any other platform.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@clienzo.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Clienzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Clienzo be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Clienzo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
