Getting started

How do I connect my Google Business Profile?

Go to Settings, then Integrations, and click "Connect Google". Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and approve the requested permissions. The connection takes about 30 seconds.

Which platforms does Clienzo support?

For email campaigns, Clienzo delivers to any email inbox. For review management, Clienzo connects to Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and Yelp. Review management is available on the Professional and Business plans.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are fully set up and sending their first invite campaign within 10 minutes of signing up.

Review requests

How do I send a review request?

Set up your automation rules under Campaigns, then New Campaign. Choose your trigger (visit, purchase, job close), your channel (SMS, email, or in-app), and your timing. Once active, Clienzo sends invites automatically.

Can I customize the invite message?

Yes. Every invite template is fully editable. You can use merge fields like {customer_name} and {business_name} to personalize each message.

What is the email limit on each plan?

Basic includes 1,000 emails/month. Professional includes 3,000 emails/month. Business includes 7,500 emails/month. Review & Feedback Management is available on Professional and Business plans.

AI features

How does AI sentiment tagging work?

Clienzo reads each new review and classifies it as positive, neutral, or negative. It also extracts topics (service quality, pricing, wait time, staff) so you can spot patterns without reading every review manually.

Can I edit the AI-suggested replies?

Yes. AI reply drafts are suggestions only; you review and edit them before they are published. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Billing & plans

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings, then Billing, and click "Upgrade Plan". You can pay with any major credit card. The change takes effect immediately.

Is there a free trial?

All new accounts get a 14-day free trial of Professional features, no credit card required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel from Settings, then Billing, at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
